loss isn't difficult! All you have to do is exercise, and stick to a good diet. How easy is that! So why aren’t more of us doing it? The concept behind weight loss is quite simple; you must burn more calories than you consume. I need to lose some weight; I’m going to start a diet tomorrow (my friend would often tell me).
